剛開始打開牌卡時

一、「請親自碰觸每一張牌，以此與祂們產生共振與連結調合頻率」。

二、將整副牌卡按於胸口，內心虔誠祈請古老的經絡智者協助運作。

三、洗牌後憑直覺挑出一張卡片(若有不慎掉出的牌卡，請做為參考解釋)，此卡就是你目前身心最需要被調合或療癒的部分，若為他人佔卜則由對方洗牌、挑牌。

如有疑問需占卜時

可先將手放置牌卡上，默唸自己名字三聲並從心中開始發問，祈請智慧解答，然後開始洗牌，並抽出一張牌卡。

每張卡片右下角皆有英文編號，對照「人體經絡解藥」畫冊，即可看見釋文。

若需針對單一問題尋求更多資源輔助時

可再抽取兩張牌卡，當作副牌輔助中間的主牌做解答用。

解牌時可參考釋文與圖畫做為依據。

The use of 《Human body meridians cards》

1. To touch each cards by yourself for connecting the frequency and resonating with all cards.
2. To hold the cards to your heart then pray sincerely for the helping of the ancient meridians wisdoms.
3. After mixing the cards, pick one of them ( if any card fall out, please refer it for explanations ) then this one is the most demand part for you to been adjusted or cured. If you divined for other people, let him or her to mix and pick directly.
